First WineFuture conference on the current issues within the winemaking industry will take place in Spain on 12-13 November.

Various topics will be discussed, including the effect of the economic crisis on the wine business, the importance of brands, the impact of media and critics, new opportunities for the industry, etc. This high-profile event will gather some of the most influential wine people. Robert Parker, Jancis Robinson, Oz Clarke, Steven Spurrier, Jose Penin, as well as heads of key wine companies and leading operators have already confirmed their presence.

A representative of the Russian wine business will also speak at the forum. This is Dmitry Pinsky, head of importing company DP-Trade.
